The Edlow Lab is committed to creating and maintaining an environment where diversity in all its forms is celebrated.  We believe that a diverse workforce and an open and inclusive lab culture are critical to our mission to advance the health of pregnant people. In addition, the inclusion of diverse perspectives on our team facilitates our best work.

We are aware of the potential for underrepresentation of underserved and marginalized populations in clinical research studies. In all of our studies, we seek to eliminate bias from study recruitment and to ensure that our study enrollment materials are understandable to people from diverse backgrounds.
