Dr. Lydia Shook mentored Sofia Torres Bigio, a medical student at San Juan Batista School of Medicine, this summer through MGH Center for Diversity and Inclusion Summer Research Trainee Program. Her presentation was on "Sex Differences in Cord Blood Inflammation at Birth in Offspring Exposed to Gestational Diabetes Mellitus."
