Shiri Barbash-Hazan, MD

Dr. Shiri Barbash-Hazan grew up in Israel. She is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rabin Medical Center, and a lecturer in Tel Aviv University in Israel.

She received her medical degree from Ben Gurion University in Israel and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rabin Medical Center.

She recently joined the Edlow lab as a research fellow, at the Vincent Center for Reproductive Biology, Harvard Medical School to explore how maternal exposures and disease, might affect fetal development through placental inflammation and immune activation.

Outside of the lab, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
