Liv Jasset
Liv completed her undergraduate studies in Neuroscience at Hamilton College in Clinton, NY. While on campus she was involved in research in the Psychology, Neuroscience, and Biology departments studying a range of topics including eating disorders and neuronal migration. In her senior year, she conducted a year-long thesis studying the potential for oxytocin to attenuate drug-induced social avoidance.
Now, as the lead Clinical Research Coordinator, Liv works with Dr. Edlow and the Edlow team to further research on maternal immunity. Notably, she serves as the Associate Project Manager for an NIH funded study to map the pregnant immunome. She hopes that her experiences in the Edlow Lab researching and advocating for women’s health will help shape a future career in medicine.
